Section 2.1 – Healthcare Services The Hospital provides comprehensive healthcare services including but not limited to gynecology, obstetrics, fertility treatments, family planning, adolescent health, neonatal care, laparoscopic surgeries, and related medical specialties as listed on our website and promotional materials.

Section 2.2 – Website and Digital Services Our website provides information about services, appointment booking, health resources, and patient communication portals. Digital services are provided on an “as available” basis.

Section 2.3 – Service Limitations Services are provided subject to physician availability, facility capacity, medical appropriateness, and compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.

ARTICLE III – USER OBLIGATIONS AND CONDUCT

Section 3.1 – Accurate Information Users must provide complete, accurate, and current information regarding their medical history, contact details, insurance information, and any other data requested for healthcare delivery.

Section 3.2 – Prohibited Conduct Users are prohibited from: (a) Providing false or misleading information (b) Interfering with hospital operations or other patients (c) Violating facility policies or healthcare protocols (d) Engaging in disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior (e) Unauthorized recording or photography within hospital premises (f) Misusing website functionality or attempting unauthorized access

Section 3.3 – Compliance with Policies Users must comply with all hospital policies, medical instructions, safety protocols, and applicable laws during their interaction with our services.

ARTICLE IV – APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING

Section 4.1 – Appointment Booking Appointments may be scheduled through our website, phone, or in-person registration. Appointments are subject to physician availability and medical necessity.
